As a Technology Partnerships Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping us build one of the fastest growing programs at the company: Partnerships! You will be responsible for managing a growing book of technology partners listed on our integration marketplace, increasing adoption of integrations across the company, and generating revenue for the organization through partner referrals.What You’ll Do:Manage a portfolio of Integrated Technology PartnersDevelop a long-term strategy for your partners to refer qualified leads and become revenue productiveOnboard newly launched technology partners by setting KPI’s, creating mutual action plans, and driving accountability across the partner base.Drive aggressive partner sourced pipeline growth for our partnerships team through consistent, thoughtful joint tech partner engagement strategies Foster direct relationships with the sellers at our technology partners to source net new pipelineWork with our Sales + Customer Success teams to problem solve for our customers and prospects leveraging our app marketplace and relationships with our integrated technology partnersIncrease adoption of integrations across existing mutual customersWork closely & consistently with the Integrations + Ecosystem team to drive future integration strategy, ensure smooth transition from their team to ours, and track valuable program KPI’sHost partner engagement activities including lunch & learns, co-marketing campaigns, webinars, etc.Become an expert in presenting the value of our HiBob and our partner programCreate presentations that help communicate impact and requirements to key stakeholders, gain organizational buy-in and drive forward execution. Note: We will only consider candidates located in the New York Metro Area who are willing to work in our NYC office 2-3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday). We love collaborating and connecting with our team members in-person, and we hope you will too!Base salaries for this role range from $100,000 - $145,000 per year.
