Description We are looking for an HRIS Analyst to support a contract opportunity based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This role is ideal for a technically strong HR systems specialist who can manage Dayforce administration, produce accurate reporting, and contribute to efficient HR operations within a global organization of approximately 300 employees. You will collaborate with a team of eight and partner with internal stakeholders to keep HR data, processes, and system performance running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain the Dayforce platform, ensuring reliable day-to-day system performance and data accuracy.
• Develop, refine, and deliver reports that support HR, payroll, and business decision-making needs.
• Monitor HR system activity, investigate issues, and coordinate with Dayforce support to resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll teams to support integrated processes and consistent data flow across systems.
• Assist with core HR operations by providing system support, troubleshooting user questions, and helping maintain process standards.
• Review HR data for completeness and integrity, applying best practices for data management and system governance.
• Document procedures and support process-driven workflows that improve consistency and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with a collaborative team of eight to contribute to ongoing HRIS improvements and daily functional support. Requirements • 3–5 years of experience in HR systems administration, HR technology, or a closely related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with Dayforce in a support or administration capacity.
• Strong technical ability in HRIS analysis, reporting, and system maintenance.
• Solid understanding of HR data movement, integrations, and data management best practices.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional groups such as IT, Finance, Payroll, and HR.
• Highly process-oriented approach with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues, manage priorities, and communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
