Robert Half HR Solutions is partnering with a fast-growing, dynamic organization seeking an HRIS, Benefits & Compliance Administrator to join its team. This is a highly visible and impactful role for an HR professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats, leveraging data to drive decisions, and operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
The ideal candidate will bring strong HR systems expertise, benefits administration experience, and a working knowledge of HR compliance. This person will serve as a trusted partner to leadership, proactively identifying trends, recommending improvements, and helping ensure employees have an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
HRIS Administration & HR Data Analytics

Serve as the primary administrator for the organization's HRIS platform (Rippling experience is a plus).

Maintain employee data integrity, system configuration, reporting, workflows, and security access.

Develop and deliver HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.

Identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities through HR data analysis and proactively recommend solutions.

Partner with leadership to provide insights that support strategic workforce decisions.

Continuously improve HR processes through automation and system enhancements.
Benefits Administration

Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related questions and support.

Manage the day-to-day relationship with the organization's benefits broker and external vendors.

Coordinate annual open enrollment activities, employee communications, and educational sessions.

Support benefits renewal processes, including evaluating plan performance, benchmarking offerings, and negotiating renewals.

Partner with leadership to assess benefit plan competitiveness and recommend enhancements.

Assist in evaluating broker relationships and alternative provider options when appropriate.
Compliance & HR Operations

Partner with internal compliance and leadership teams to support organizational compliance initiatives.

Review and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook content to ensure compliance and best practices.

Assist with the administration and tracking of required employee training programs.

Ensure employees are accurately coded and assigned appropriate compliance-related training within HR systems.

Support internal audits, reporting requirements, and compliance communications.

Help develop and distribute employee communications related to HR policies, compliance, and workforce programs.
Requirements
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

3+ years of progressively responsible HR experience with a strong focus on HRIS administration, benefits, and HR operations.

Experience administering and optimizing HRIS platforms; Rippling experience is highly preferred.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.

Working knowledge of HR compliance, policies, employee training administration, and HR best practices.

Experience managing benefit programs and vendor relationships.

Advanced proficiency with HR reporting, data management, and Excel.
