Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented HRIS Coordinator in Reading, PA as part of a Long-term Contract assignment. This on-site role supports day-to-day human resources operations by maintaining accurate employee information, responding to HR inquiries, and producing reporting that helps the organization make informed workforce decisions. The ideal candidate brings strong HR systems knowledge, advanced Excel capability, and a service-focused approach when partnering with employees, managers, and the broader HR team.
Responsibilities:
• Process a variety of human resources requests and ensure employee data is updated accurately and promptly in HR systems.
• Maintain personnel records by entering changes related to employee status, job details, and other workforce information while preserving data integrity.
• Prepare, update, and analyze Excel-based reports that support HR operations, tracking, and workforce reporting needs.
• Respond to questions from employees and leaders with professionalism, providing timely support and clear guidance on HR-related matters.
• Audit HR records on a regular basis to identify discrepancies, correct issues, and help maintain compliance with internal standards.
• Partner with the HR team on administrative activities, special assignments, and initiatives designed to improve process efficiency.
• Assist with ongoing HRIS-related tasks.
Requirements • Experience supporting HR administration, employee record maintenance, or HRIS-related functions in a detail-focused environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including the ability to build, update, and manage reports accurately.
• Working knowledge of HR systems such as Oracle, Oracle HCM, Workday, or other human resources information systems.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to review data carefully and maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to manage timelines effectively while handling multiple requests and priorities in an on-site setting.
• Solid customer service and communication skills when assisting employees, managers, and internal HR partners.
• Experience with HR reporting, data analysis, and system-based record management is preferred. TalentMatch®
