We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our leadership team as the Vice President of People. This role will be instrumental in shaping our company culture, attracting top talent, and creating an exceptional employee experience.
As the VP of People, you are a talent magnet and get motivated and inspired by building and growing people professionals. You will bring an incredible customer centric mindset, while utilizing technology to remove friction and improve efficiency for our team members across the company. You are curious about how to enable the business to achieve their goals, and you are never satisfied with where we are today, are able to acknowledge great work, but understand that this role supports the most important part of the business, our people.
Your Success Profile
What You Will Work On
- Develop and implement strategic plans: Develop and implement innovative strategies that impact the entire employee life cycle - from recruitment, onboarding, all the way through the entire employee life cycle
- Lead and oversee Talent Acquisition, Workplace, People Systems, and People Operations teams
- Drive employee engagement through curated experiences: through using previous experience and data, you will devise a strategy to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity while removing friction in the way we work as a company both physically and virtually
- Employer branding strategy: oversee the strategy planning, execution and ongoing optimization of various employer brand campaigns across various channels
- Location Strategy: Identify and capitalize on emerging talent market areas and lead
- AI optimization: partner with engineering teams to identify use cases for the utilization of AI to build efficiencies for the people team
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align people strategies with business objectives
- Manage and scale high-performing teams across multiple functions
- Build and scale people analytics skillset to help inform the business strategy

Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience leading and scaling teams in People/HR functions
- Proven track record in global talent acquisition, people systems and operations
- Experience in identifying and leveraging new talent market areas
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Expertise in employer branding and internal communications
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
- Experience with HR analytics and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $285,000.00 - $325,000.00 per year.
