About the Role:
We are seeking seasoned analytics professional to join our customer support organization. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced analytics tools and techniques to drive data-informed decisions, enhance customer experience, and optimize support operations. This role will be instrumental in identifying critical business metrics, developing insightful dashboards, and providing expert guidance on complex data analysis. The successful candidate will also develop predictive models, establish best practices for analytics, and guide proactive business strategies through data storytelling.
What you’ll be doing:
- Identify critical business metrics and develop actionable dashboards
- Provide expert guidance on complex data analysis and interpretation
- Develop predictive models for customer health and churn mitigation
- Establish best practices for leveraging advanced analytics tools
- Drive proactive business strategies through data storytelling
- Guide cross-functional teams in data-driven decision making
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytics solutions
- Conduct root cause analysis and identify underlying issues affecting customer satisfaction and provide actionable insights to address these challenges
- Monitor industry trends and best practices regarding analytics and customer support to ensure the organization remains competitive
- Create comprehensive reports that summarize findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Implement data governance practices by establishing guidelines for data quality, integrity, and security to ensure reliable analytics outputs.
What you’ll bring:
- Proficiency in advanced statistical techniques and predictive modeling methods
- Ability to create compelling visual representations of data using Tableau
- Experience with programming languages commonly used in data analysis (i.e. SQL, Python)
- Ability to communicate complex analytical findings in a clear, compelling manner to various stakeholders
- Experience working with different teams to understand data needs and provide tailored solutions
- Ability to apply analytical techniques to real world business challenges in customer support
- Willingness to stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in predictive analytics
