Drive the creation of sales enablement materials, including presentations, and sales collateral, to support the sales team in their efforts. Participate in the creation and delivery of webinars, external presentations, roundtables, and public events. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation. Partner with product management to influence product roadmap decisions based on market insights and customer feedback. Develop customer personas and use cases to inform product messaging, targeting, and positioning. Track and measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and iterate based on insights and data. Help lead and support functional marketing initiatives such as industry events, internal training and kick-offs, and additional initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 10+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the (SaaS) or HR technology industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for B2B products. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable recommendations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and storytelling. Experience working cross-functionally with product management, sales, and marketing teams. Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
