Proactively identify areas for improvement in sales processes related to deal execution. Provide pricing analysis & recommendations, and manage approvals for complex deals. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Legal, Finance, Field Operations, and Product teams to ensure seamless deal execution and compliance. Deal Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze deal trends, identifying opportunities to improve deal structure, pricing, and overall sales effectiveness. Business Acumen: Leverage deep understanding of SaaS business models, sales cycles, and customer needs to inform deal strategies and drive revenue growth. Process Improvement: Continuously identify and recommend improvements to existing Deal Desk processes and tools, enhancing efficiency and scalability. Experience: 8+ years of experience in Deals Desk, Sales Operations, Finance, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on complex deal structuring in a SaaS environment. Deal Expertise: Proven track record of successfully structuring and closing large, complex enterprise deals. Strategic Thinking: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex business challenges. Sales Partnership: Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with sales teams, influencing and guiding them through complex deal scenarios. Business Acumen: In-depth understanding of SaaS business models, sales cycles, pricing strategies, and revenue recognition principles.
