Your day as a HRIS Specialist
As an HRIS Specialist at isolved, you will be at the forefront of transforming our customers' human resource operations by guiding them through the design and implementation of their isolved solutions. You'll leverage your expertise in Time, Benefits, Onboarding, Share & Perform, and Applicant Tracking to lead clients through seamless migrations, ensuring their functional business processes are effectively set up. By planning and reviewing key project timelines, you will be pivotal in achieving deliverables and first check dates. Your proactive approach in escalating potential issues will help maintain migration timelines and contribute to refining our processes for better efficiency.
Building strong client relationships based on trust and dependability, you will conduct thorough consultations to understand their needs, train clients on the isolved system, and ensure data integrity. Collaborate with internal resources and clients to create a smooth transition to service, all while thriving in an exciting and flexible remote environment.
