Job Description
The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for assisting our customers with the design and implementation of their isolved solution. As functional experts, (Time, Benefits, Onboarding, Share & Perform, Applicant Tracking) they will help lead the customer in the build, testing and implementation of their SaaS software solution and associated business processes.
Core Job Duties
- Lead new customers through isolved migrations, ensuring their functional business processes are set up effectively.
- Plan and review key project timelines with customers to ensure deliverables and "first check dates" are achieved.
- Escalate potential issues early to resolve without affecting migration timeline.
- Contribute to the evolution and improvement of the migration process and how we can more efficiently meet the needs of the customer.
- Builds solution, customer, and industry knowledge by leveraging the appropriate resources (internally at isolved and externally at the customer).
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to fully understand needs and uncover additional support opportunities if necessary.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data entered in the system is valid.
- Create strong client relationships based on trust, dependability, and responsiveness.
- Train clients on functionality of isolved system.
- Utilize all available tools and resources to research, troubleshoot and resolve client requests.
- Perform all necessary functions to ensure a smooth transition to Service.
Minimum Qualifications
- Functional Business Process experience (min 3 years), in applicable specialty
- Software implementation experience
- Fluent English
- Technical understanding and capabilities
- Attention to detail, teamwork, initiative driven
- Four-year degree or equivalent education and business experience
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Passion for customer satisfaction
