Summary:
The Executive Administrative Partner (EAP) is a trusted, strategic partner for up to three senior executives, including Chief level leaders. As part of the Workplace Experience Team, the EAP ensures seamless execution of daily priorities while amplifying broader organizational impact. Acting as a force multiplier, the EAP manages complex schedules (including some personal calendar needs), coordinates cross-functional meetings, prepares executives for high-stakes engagements, and provides critical support on projects and internal initiatives. They also partner closely with the Workplace Experience and People teams on event support, project coordination, and enhancing the in-office experience. Success in this role requires emotional intelligence, professionalism, and business acumen, along with the ability to anticipate needs, resolve challenges proactively, and operate with urgency in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments where no two days look the same.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Santa Monica, with an expected in-office presence of a minimum four days per week and one day remote, subject to manager discretion and business needs.
Key Focuses:
- Execute administrative activities and strategic projects with precision, applying strong organizational skills and a process-oriented mindset to drive results.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, liaison, and ambassador for the executive(s), representing their priorities and style with professionalism and discretion.
- Anticipate business needs and proactively deliver tailored support; confidently prioritize and act on requests with minimal direction in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Own complex calendar management, appointment scheduling, and expense reconciliation; troubleshoot conflicts and make recommendations that optimize the executive's time and effectiveness.
- Support in-office operations and workplace experience, including greeting guests, event support and front desk coverage, contributing to a high-functioning, welcoming environment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to coordinate meetings, events, and projects, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and seamless execution.
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced, high-growth, or complex environment.
- Strong project ownership skills, with the ability to independently manage timelines, deliverables, and follow-through without close oversight.
- Demonstrates sound judgment and discretion, especially in high-pressure, ambiguous, or sensitive situations involving confidential information or shifting executive needs.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, professional messaging on behalf of executives and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Operates with urgency and focus, quickly assessing and triaging competing priorities using sound executive judgment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working for a technology or entertainment company.
- Executive presence, projecting confidence, clarity, and professionalism in all interactions (internal and external) while maintaining composure and adaptability.
- Proactive problem solver who identifies potential obstacles early and course-corrects quickly to maintain momentum and alignment.
- Collaborative and cross-functional; builds strong relationships across teams and functions and acts as a connector between the executive(s) and the broader organization.
Travel required
- Attendance is requested for Collaboration Weeks throughout the year in Phoenix and alternate locations as needed.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $102,500 - $120,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.
Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
