About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Communications Manager to support our growing global partner ecosystem. In this highly cross functional role, you’ll lead the development and execution of partner communication strategies by crafting compelling narratives, driving clarity amid complexity, and enabling execution. You will thrive if you’re a strong writer, strategic problem solver, and trusted partner who’s comfortable operating in ambiguity, navigating competing priorities, and building alignment without direct authority.
Key Responsibilities
Lead high-impact global workmate and partner communications—spanning GTM enablement, change initiatives, product offerings and channels like newsletters, webinars, videos, intranet, and presentations, ensuring clarity, consistency, and exceptional attention to detail.
Proactively assess communication needs, track performance, and continuously refine strategies to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
Strong stakeholder management with a track record of building alignment across diverse functions and regions.
Track and measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives, using data to continuously improve strategies and execution.
Lead calendars, approval processes, and governance to ensure quality and timeliness of communications.
Operate with a growth mindset, challenging the status quo and finding opportunities to improve and innovate.

About You
Basic Qualifications:
6+ years in Partner communications, marketing, or a related field, for an enterprise SaaS or cloud services company
4+ Years of experience with digital communication tools including:
Email automation platforms - Staffbase, Marketo
Content Management Systems - HighSPOT, HubSpot
Smartsheet, G-suite, webinar tools, etc.
4+ years of successfully leading and influencing cross-functional communication and collaboration.
Other Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
Familiarity with enterprise software, cloud services, or B2B tech industry trends.
Experience supporting partner/channel enablement or go-to-market (GTM) teams.
Knowledge of change management or organizational communications best practices.
Proficient in leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini to optimize communication strategies and drive impactful messaging.
Ability to develop measurement frameworks for communication effectiveness (e.g., KPIs, engagement metrics).
Demonstrated success delivering high-quality, scalable communications with speed and precision.
Skilled at simplifying complex topics into compelling, relevant messaging.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Effective project manager, able to prioritize, adapt, and deliver in dynamic settings.
Strategic, solutions-oriented thinker with intellectual curiosity and attention to detail.
Experience with audience segmentation and tailoring messages by role, region, or function.
Familiarity with agile workflows or experience in highly iterative environments.
Executive communication experience, including crafting messaging for senior leadership.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
