Description We are looking for an experienced HRIS Consultant to join our team in New York, New York. This long-term contract position involves providing essential support to the HR Technology & Analytics team, with a focus on maintaining data quality and facilitating system operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
• Enter and audit employee data in SuccessFactors, including new hires, terminations, changes, and other personnel updates.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve discrepancies in data, ensuring accuracy across HR systems.
• Develop and maintain user guides and documentation to support data entry and system processes.
• Assist in testing system functionalities during implementation projects, providing feedback and recommendations.
• Deliver administrative and ad-hoc support to the HR Technology & Analytics team as needed.
• Review and analyze HR data for consistency, identifying areas for improvement in data quality.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure alignment and understanding of HR processes.
• Utilize tools like Excel, Visio, and Access to organize and manage data effectively.
• Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards when handling sensitive HR information.
• Contribute to team goals by demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Requirements • Proven experience in HR system data entry, preferably with SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Familiarity with systems such as Concur or similar HR platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other productivity tools.
• Understanding of HR operations and processes, with prior experience in global organizations preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources or similar role.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset.
