Your day as a Sales Enablement Consultant
As a newly appointed Sales Enablement Consultant at isolved, your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around equipping our sales teams with the tools and resources they need to excel. You'll engage in developing, curating, and delivering training programs that address the evolving needs of our clients and sales personnel. You will conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and create actionable plans to bridge them. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will gather feedback and insights to continuously refine our sales enablement materials.
Daily, you'll analyze sales performance data, providing insights and recommendations to enhance effectiveness. Engaging with sales representatives, you will gather their input and foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration. Your proactive approach will ensure that our sales strategy remains dynamic and aligned with isolved's core values of innovation and customer-centricity.

Core Job Duties
- Perform needs and skills assessments.
- Develop, design, and deliver training.
- Manage Sales Enablement content and program ownership.
- Facilitate the right people to deliver training.
- Conduct onboarding calls on first day of employment to introduce goals and curriculum Conduct demo/value story certifications.
- Train to and enforce our sales process, methodologies, and sales tools standards and compliance to ensure reporting accuracy.
Minimum Qualifications
- Have a bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Marketing & or related experience
- Have 3-5 years successful sales or sales support responsibility.
- Successful experience as a quota-carrying sales representative helpful but not required.
- Are an excellent team player who can work with virtual and global team members.
- Are able to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Have creative problem-solving skills, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Have a self-starter work ethic.
- Are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Have experience using CRM tools and comfort with sales.
- Are fluent in English.
