What would you do as a Customer Support Representative - HCM
As a Full-Time Customer Support Representative at isolved, you'll play a crucial role in responding to customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency. Utilizing your keen problem-solving skills, you'll ask probing questions to uncover the specific needs of each customer, ensuring that no detail goes unnoticed. Embracing our "leave no stone left unturned" philosophy, you'll participate in the HCM Customer Support phone queue, ready to assist customers and schedule follow-ups to resolve any outstanding issues effectively. When necessary, you'll escalate concerns according to Infinisource standard operating procedures, ensuring a smooth process for our clients.
Your meticulous documentation of communications and completion of assigned tasks will contribute to our high standards of service. You will also engage in ongoing customer service training to enhance your knowledge and skills, while embracing any additional duties as assigned to continually elevate our customer experience.
