As a Product Support Specialist at isolved, you will play a crucial role in maintaining exceptional client retention through outstanding customer service. You'll assist clients and customer service representatives in navigating complex issues related to time attendance systems, timecards, payroll and Human Capital Management, ensuring that solutions are both effective and timely. Establishing and nurturing positive relationships with clients and coworkers will be key to promoting a quality service image. You will be responsible for researching and resolving inquiries related to payroll, payroll tax, and various aspects of the isolved platform, including Time, Benefits, and General Ledger.
With a focus on accountability and collaboration, you will handle a high volume of internal cases via our CRM, engaging with diverse client audiences such as business owners and administrators. Your ability to align your work with our core values will help foster an environment of trust and support within our vibrant team.
Are you a good fit for this Time Product Support Specialist job?
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in technical/troubleshooting support
- Experience in payroll, payroll tax and possibly benefits general ledger
- Excellent people, problem-solving, resilience and teamwork skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects without leaving the customer at risk
- Ability to adapt to multiple channels of customer inquiries (phone, tickets, email)
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- FPC, CPP and/or SHRM certifications preferred but not required
- Experience in payroll, payroll tax and possibly benefits general ledger
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects without leaving the customer at risk
- Ability to adapt to multiple channels of customer inquiries (phone, tickets, email)
