Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or the equivalent work experience
- Passion for delivering an outstanding Tier II customer experience
- 1-3 years of experience in data integration, report writing, API or HR Payroll or Benefits industry
- Experience with isolved HCM software (nice-to-have)
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced role requiring strong attention to detail, teamwork, initiative and critical thinking
