Job OverviewThe Sr. Competitive Intelligence (CI) Program Manager is responsible for leading iCIMS’ competitive intelligence strategy — ensuring that our teams have the insights, tools, and positioning they need to win in the market. In this role, you’ll own the collection, synthesis, and distribution of competitive and market intelligence, enabling Sales, Product, and Marketing leaders to make informed, strategic decisions. You will serve as the command center for competitive intelligence, bringing together cross-functional partners across Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Labs, Decision Support, and senior leadership to strengthen our competitive positioning. Your work will directly inform pricing, product strategy, sales tactics, corporate development, and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities- Lead the ongoing collection, analysis, and synthesis of intelligence on iCIMS’ tier 1 and tier 2 competitors, including product offerings, go-to-market strategies, sales motions, pricing models, and key differentiators
- Proactively monitor the competitive landscape, flagging emerging trends and developments, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to define actionable responses
- Conduct win/loss analyses in partnership with Product Marketing, Product Management, and third-party research vendors to identify patterns, root causes, and opportunities to improve win rates
- Manage vendor relationships that support our CI and win/loss programs, ensuring deliverables meet business needs
- Maintain and update internal competitive lists for Win Against, Saves, and Takeaways on a monthly basis
- Partner with Decision Support to ensure relevant, accurate, and timely CI reporting; regularly evaluate reporting for relevance and usability
- Create and maintain the framework for competitive profiles, battlecards, feature comparisons, and other enablement assets in the CI portal; hold content owners accountable for updates
- Develop and deliver high-impact competitor positioning documents, ensuring alignment with iCIMS’ overall messaging and value proposition
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Product Marketing to translate competitive insights into practical guidance, sales plays, and training for the field
- Coordinate and/or lead presentations, executive briefings, and cross-functional meetings to share competitive findings and drive strategic alignment
Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, market intelligence, product marketing, or related strategic analysis roles (SaaS or technology industry strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of leading competitive intelligence programs that drive measurable impact on sales performance and market positioning
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with CI platforms, CRM tools, and business intelligence/reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and influence without direct authority
- Experience conducting win/loss analysis and working with Clozd or other third-party research vendors a plus

Compensation and BenefitsWe accept applications for this position on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. Applications will be reviewed as they are received, and qualified candidates may be contacted throughout the posting period.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $115,000-$125,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, and market data. This range aligns with our commitment to equitable and transparent compensation practices, as required by applicable law.
