The HRIS Analyst, Workday role is responsible for supporting, configuring, and testing the Workday system across various cross-functional projects that align with the company's objectives in areas such as Recruiting, Benefits, Talent, Compensation, and HCM Core. Reporting to the HRIS Manager, this role partners with HR leaders, HR Business Partners, Payroll, IT Operations, Internal Audit, and employees on a regular basis, as well as external HR vendors.

You'll have an opportunity to:

?Stay current and provide guidance on emerging Workday functionalities

Design, develop, implement, and support Workday functionalities grounded in best practices and standards from a system, HR compliance and end-user perspective

Create, develop and implement project plans consistent with identified objectives, business requirements, timeline, and budget

Provide customer service and guidance to HR, IT, Corporate, and Plant Operations users

Help identify process improvement opportunities and help troubleshoot identified system issues
Primary Responsibilities:

?Serve as the subject matter expert and key resource for Workday functionalities, business processes, and configuration (e.g., Recruiting, Benefits, Talent, Compensation, HCM Core)

Lead configuration, deployment, change management, and training for new enhancements and biannual releases

Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions that support business initiatives

Provide functional, technical, and system support throughout all implementation phases, including user acceptance testing and documentation

Act as a liaison between HR, IT PMO, and Workday to ensure effective execution of system upgrades and enhancements

Maintain Workday as the single source of HR data, ensuring data integrity through regular audits and reporting

Provide first-line support to end users for self-service functionalities and manage escalations for system performance issues
REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, STEM, or a related field; familiarity with HR processes and/or experience with Workday is preferred

2 years of experience in a system support role required; Workday configuration experience preferred

Strong desire to learn and grow within the Workday ecosystem

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Superior customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written

Technical proficiency in HR systems and Office Applications, including Excel

Experience in a multi-national firm with a shared service center model is preferred
