The Opportuntiy
At isolved, we believe people are the heartbeat of every business. As our Vice President of Human Resources, you'll play a key leadership role in shaping our people strategy and advancing a culture that empowers employees to do their best work. This role partners closely with senior leadership to align talent strategy with business goals, drive performance, and lead a high-impact team of HR Business Partners and people leaders.
What You'll Do
- Lead with vision. Design and execute people strategies that align with isolved's long-term business priorities.
- Coach and influence leaders. Partner with executives to build high-performing teams, strengthen leadership capability, and foster an inclusive culture.
- Oversee HR excellence. Ensure consistent and compliant practices across all areas of HR, including employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
- Empower your team. Lead and develop a team of Senior HRBPs and HR professionals to deliver strategic partnership and operational consistency.
- Drive continuous improvement. Partner with HR Operations and Legal to enhance compliance, audit readiness, and data-driven decision-making.
- Shape organizational design. Guide leaders on workforce planning, succession, and talent development that scales with growth.
- Navigate complex challenges. Manage sensitive employee relations issues, investigations, and risk mitigation with professionalism and discretion.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with 10+ years leading teams and influencing executives.
- Deep expertise in employment law, employee relations, organizational design, and leadership development.
- Proven success in leading through change and aligning people strategy with business outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills at all levels of the organization.
- High integrity, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate complex, sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
