Quality Assurance Engineer
As a Quality Assurance Engineer at isolved, you'll make sure our software is reliable, user-friendly, and built to perform. You'll collaborate with developers, analysts, and product owners to create and execute test plans, uncover bugs, and help deliver exceptional products.
What You'll Do
- Execute test plans and document detailed results.
- Identify, analyze, and report software defects.
- Review software documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Test system modifications before release.
- Partner with QA, Product, and Engineering to evaluate and resolve issues.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 2+ years in QA or related experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with creative problem-solving ability.
- With a proactive attitude, you don't just test software; you improve it.

This position follows a hybrid schedule, with team members expected to work in-office three days per week (Tuesday through Thursday) at one of our office locations: Charlotte, NC; Phoenix, AZ; Salt Lake City, UT; Springfield, MA; or Dubuque, IA.
