The Product Administrator will maintain system level configuration of People Cloud multiple environments. Main responsibilities are configuration of system level calculations and settings, troubleshooting and resolving system issues and configuring and maintain security permissions. The responsibilities require independent analyses, communication and problem solving. This position requires communication and collaboration from various teams in the organization. Work is performed with minimal supervision and pre-established guidelines.
- Provide level 3 support to isolved.
- Maintain system level configuration of People Cloud i multiple environments.
- Communicate proactively and effectively system-related updates to management and the user community.
- Analyze requirements and configure system calculations including Earnings, Deductions, Memos, and Benefits.
- Design and maintain security roles on a system, client, and employee self-service level
- Maintain the client landing page messages and links for the direct business environments
- Identify opportunities for system normalization across environments.
- Team with Mergers and acquisitions to buildout new environments with standardized functionality.
- Assist in mass updates to environment on the system, client, and employee level.
- Collaborate with business partners to ensure effective system setup in isolved.
- Demonstrate strong ownership and advocacy for integrity, accuracy, system adherence, and business rules surrounding company data.
- Assist with special projects as needed.

Experience
Typically requires a minimum of 1 - 3 years of related experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrate an excellent understanding of HR related systems and processes.
- You should possess a strong attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills to succeed in this role.
- Strong Microsoft office skills
Physical Demands
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
Travel Required
Yes, up to 15% of domestic travel may be required.
