Description
Are you passionate about using HR technology, data, and analytics to support efficiency and enhance the employee experience? We are seeking an HRIS & Analytics Analyst responsible for maintaining the accuracy of our HR systems and providing reports and insights that inform decision-making. This role requires a blend of technical curiosity and analytical skills to ensure data integrity, generate clear reports, and support HR operations through data-driven solutions.

The pay range for this position In Western Washington varies between $60,435 -- $84,533, and for Eastern Washington varies between $56,145 -- $78,532. Washington Dental Service and its affiliates, including Arcora Foundation, Delta Dental of Washington, and TriForza, intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay will also be adjusted based on the candidate's geographic location.

HRIS Management & System Configuration
Maintain and update HRIS data, workflows, and configurations to support day-to-day HR operations and evolving business needs.
Assist with HR Tech (HRIS, LMS, LinkedIn Learning) integrations to ensure accurate data flow between payroll, benefits, and talent management systems.
Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS-r
