Description We are looking for a Benefits and HRIS Specialist to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will oversee various aspects of employee benefits programs and ensure efficient management of HRIS systems. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
• Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
• Coordinate benefit enrollment processes and address employee inquiries regarding their options.
• Conduct thorough analysis of benefits data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with HR teams to ensure seamless integration of benefits information within HRIS systems.
• Monitor compliance with federal and state regulations, including FMLA and other applicable laws.
• Develop and deliver training sessions to educate employees on their benefits.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure the integrity of benefits-related data.
• Assist in resolving complex benefits issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Support audits and reviews of benefits programs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Generate reports and provide insights to support strategic decision-making related to compensation and benefits. Requirements • Proven experience in benefits administration and coordination.
• Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and their functionality.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations, including FMLA requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to address employee concerns.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software tools. TalentMatch®
