Job Requirements Phenom is seeking an engaging, business-oriented Global Revenue Enablement Program Manager to lead the end-to-end enablement program for Phenom’s Global Net New Business teams. This includes developing the enablement roadmap with business leaders aligned to global and regional sales performance goals, aligning enablement to behavior/skill shifts and measuring enablement program effectiveness. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure Phenom product, sales process, sales methodology and revenue technology changes are incorporated into the Account Executive’s work life cycle. What You'll Do
- Responsible for developing and delivering onboarding and up-skilling programs aligned to the needs of the global New Business Account Executive teams and roles.
- Develops a deep understanding of the global stakeholder’s business needs, outcomes, metrics and builds a role-specific, outcome-based enablement strategy to achieve those goals.
- Act as a product ambassador, delivering product-related learning to the Account Executives. This includes how to incorporate product updates into positioning, messaging and pricing proposals.
- Create and manage enablement programs and content aligned to behavior shifts and varying performance factor levels, including use of AI tools in the sales process.
- Provide all stakeholders specific enablement content for onboarding and the ramp journey, including hiring manager role during onboarding.
- Deliver and reinforce all enablement sessions to assigned stakeholders using live and e-learning modalities.
- Coach stakeholder team members on an individual and team basis as needed.
- Participate and contribute in QBRs/team meetings on enablement updates.
- Lead Revenue Kickoff and RevRefresh Planning activities for Account Executives.
- Drive consistent refinement and improvements to the approach based on business needs.
- Drive cross functional collaboration with marketing, product marketing, product management and the GRE team to build the best enablement assets needed to up-skill.
Work Experience What You’ve Done
- 5+ years enablement, facilitation and presentation experience in a scaling Human Capital Management SaaS or Applied AI environment
- Bachelor's degree and or related experience
- Has been in a net new sales role to walk in the shoes of our Account Executives
- Experience incorporating value-selling sales methodologies and enablement delivery
- High-level understanding of Cloud Computing, hosted applications and Applied AI technologies
- Strong experience in asset development and use of AI-powered enablement technologies
- Proven track record in having great program management skills and delivery
