Job Title: HRIS Analyst
Job Description
The HRIS Analyst will assist with HR data migration into a new or updated HRIS platform. Responsibilities include digitizing and securely uploading employee HR files, running, auditing, and validating regular Excel-based reports, and pulling data from internal systems for reporting, compliance, and analysis. Additionally, the role supports HR administration during system transition and cleanup.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Exposure to HRIS platforms (any system acceptable).

Experience with Sage, Adobe, or SQL.

Basic technical aptitude or light coding exposure.

Prior HR, payroll, or personnel file experience.

HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or 4 years+ experience preferred.
Work Environment
The role is based in an onsite administrative office environment in Hartford. It offers a collaborative HR team setting with opportunities for independent task ownership. The position utilizes secure HR systems and reporting tools, maintaining a predictable weekday schedule with part-time hours. The role provides hands-on exposure to HRIS migration and HR operations, making it an ideal entry point for candidates pursuing HR, HRIS, or analytics careers. There is contract-to-hire potential based on performance and business need.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
