What will you be doing?
As a HRIS Analyst, you will manage and optimize the Human Resources Information System - ADP Workforce Now. You will leverage analytical skills to support and improve the HR systems and processes. Responsibilities include:

Overseeing and maintaining optimal function of the HRIS, including installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.

Providing daily support for ADP Workforce Now, addressing user needs and system challenges.

Configuring and customizing HRIS settings and features to meet organizational requirements.

Collaborating with leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions.

Managing securities including permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.

Programing custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.

Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred

2 year of experience in an HRIS Analyst role

Experience with ADP Workforce Now

HR Certification an asset
-
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
