(HRI) Time Type: Full time Weekly Hours: 37.5 FTE: 0.9375 Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Summary: Processes invoices for HRI vendors for payments of purchases administered by the Materials Management Department; prepares payments for expenditures that are not processed through Materials Management; requests appropriate back-up and approvals from department in accordance with organization policies and procedures; generates checks for accounts payable transactions; performs accounts payable duties including those that involve tax information and more in-depth analysis; provides assistance to HRI Accounts Payable Clerk Is; performs accounts payable follow-up resolution and customer service; reviews accounts payable batches and policies and procedures; performs travel reimbursements. Salary range is $40,481 to $51,160. Qualifications: Required Education and Experience 1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or a related field; or 2. Associate's degree and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time general bookkeeping or related experience; or 3. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time general bookkeeping or related experience. NOTE: Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
