The position of Senior HRIS Analyst will be based out of our Dallas, TX location!
Summary
The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for maintaining and analyzing human resources information, reviewing employee data and creating process efficiencies within Rexel’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS) systems to support the company and our employees.
What You’ll Do

Design and maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) in support of the organization's data management and reporting needs

Ensure accuracy and integrity of organizational data within the HRIS

Develop and maintain detailed queries and reports from various HR systems
-
Evaluate, research, and deliver timely ad-hoc report request results
-
Provide data summaries or statistical analysis for use in strategic planning or decision-making
-
Maintain data integrity by performing routine HR system data audits
-
Follow established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data

Prepare end-user documentation or training materials as needed
-
Perform work with a high degree of latitude. Handles the most complex issues

Possess expert knowledge of subject matter

Provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to other members of the team

Issue resolution and system validations for various HR systems including:

Employee and Manager Self Service processes
-
Hiring, Job Changes, and Terminations
-
Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, and Learning integrations

Make process improvement recommendations and work on system projects
-
Perform system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing, and implementation of system upgrades

Provide Tier II Support via internal ticketing tool (JIRA)

Assist other team members and customers as needed

What You’ll Need

High School or GED
-
Bachelor's Degree preferred
-
6+ years of HRIS, reporting and analytical experience
-
Prior HRIS systems experience; ADP, Success Factors, timekeeping

Required: Experience with Performance Management, Recruiting, and Compensation Modules

SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) experience preferred
-
Experience with system reporting tools (Business Objects) preferred
-
Experience in supporting geographically disbursed customers/users
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Advanced Excel knowledge required

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills

Highly organized and detail oriented

Ability to work in a geographically distributed project team environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills
