Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Fully Remote Technical HRIS Manager to join one of our largest nonprofit clients in Dallas, TX to manage and supervise the implementation and daily operation of their HRIS team. You will perform a range of duties including processing employee data, preparing reports, and developing data processing systems.
The candidate will ensure that all HR-related systems are regularly updated and compliant with labor regulations. In addition to having excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will also possess in-depth knowledge of HR-related software and databases. This individual will also be responsible for leading 20-25 HRIS engineers and for leading discussions with executives around Workday.
Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resource management or relevant field.
2+ years of People Management Experience
4+ years of HRIS Experience (Workday)
4+ years of Hands-on Integration experience within Workday
Proficient in Workday Studio
Experience with Workday Prism Knowledge of UiPath or a similar RPA tool
