HR Systems Analyst (Remote)

We’re seeking a hands-on HR Systems Analyst to take ownership of key HR technology platforms—with a primary focus on Cornerstone OnDemand (Performance & Compensation modules). What You’ll Do

Serve as the subject matter expert for Cornerstone OnDemand, with a strong emphasis on performance management and compensation

Own system configuration, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives

Partner with HR and business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable system solutions

Design and support workflows, eligibility rules, security roles, and reporting
-
Lead or support performance cycle and compensation planning configurations

Collaborate with IT on integrations with Payroll, Finance, and other enterprise systems

Troubleshoot and resolve system, data, and interface issues
-
Support system upgrades, testing (UAT), and new module rollouts
-
Deliver actionable reporting and insights for HR leadership

Maintain data integrity, governance, and change control processes
What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)

Strong, hands-on experience with Cornerstone OnDemand
-
Specifically Performance Management and Compensation modules
-
5–10+ years of HRIS / HR systems experience
-
Experience configuring HR systems (workflows, reporting, integrations, etc.)

Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes (hire-to-retire)

Ability to partner cross-functionally and translate business needs into solutions

Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting skills
Additional Experience (Nice to Have)

Oracle PeopleSoft 9.2 (Core HR & Benefits)

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Boston, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $85.00/hr.
