As a QA Intern / Junior QA Engineer, you will gain hands-on experience in ensuring product quality by assisting in the design and implementation of testing methods and procedures. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and help resolve quality issues, contributing to the overall improvement of products and processes.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of test plans and test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
- Participate in various types of testing, including regression, integration and system testing, to identify defects and support high-quality software releases.
- Collaborate with development teams to reproduce and diagnose defects and assist in ensuring their timely resolution.
- Document testing activities and communicate results to team members and stakeholders.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams, including product management, development and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in software quality assurance and learn how to incorporate them into testing practices.
What we’re looking for
- A strong interest in software quality assurance and testing principles.
- Basic understanding of software testing methodologies.
- Some exposure to mobile testing or familiarity with it is a plus.
- Willingness to learn Agile development methodologies and work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Interest in learning about test automation tools and frameworks.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python or JavaScript is beneficial but not required.
