Responsibilities- Serve as the main point of contact throughout the recruitment lifecycle for varied technical and non-technical roles
- Act as a talent partner by building consultative relationships with business leaders, understanding value proposition for prospective candidates and leveraging data insights to inform recruiting strategies current and future hiring needs
- Interview candidates to understand qualifications, skills, experience, and career expectations
- Assist in the creation of a ready pipeline of quality candidates to fill future openings
- Coordinate multi-stage interview schedules, including in-person and virtual interviews while ensuring an optimal candidate and hiring manager experience
- Manage and coordinate appropriate communications with candidates during the interview and hiring process while maintaining candidate relationships
- Counsel candidates on career opportunities, benefits, salary, and corporate culture
- Initiate & coordinate candidate screening assessments and pre-employment processes including background investigations, reference checking, escalating issues identified as necessary to ensure a timely start date
- Adhere to defined processes and workflows while recommending opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Networks through industry contacts, associations, trade groups and coworkers to benchmark and identifies best practices
- Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment laws
- Provides recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers with hiring and employment data
- Contributes to a variety of talent acquisition and initiatives including system & process improvements, diversity, and compliance efforts
- May be asked to represent iCIMS at employment events, customer inquiries, webinars, events, articles, or other engagements
Qualifications- 3+ years of related experience in human resources/talent acquisition is required
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Must be able to work from our HQ in Holmdel, NJ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays
- Experience managing recruitment through an applicant tracking system (ATS) required
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to professionally interact with global colleagues at all levels
- Articulates thoughts and ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills, proven attention to detail
- Comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously while operating in a proactive mode and driving to solutions & timelines
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times while exercising good judgment and discretion
- Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Preferred- Previous experience recruiting for SaaS/technical roles
- Prior experience using iCIMS ATS

Compensation and BenefitsThe target total compensation for this role is $65,000-$90,000 annually. Compensation will be based upon experience.
