At ZipRecruiter, we're committed to helping our customers achieve success in their recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will be part of our growing inside sales team, up-selling and upgrading our existing accounts through outbound calling efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Hit or exceed your monthly existing business quota
- Facilitates interactive, problem-solving conversations with prospective clients.
- Identify client's needs, present value, and offer a solution
- Completes 50+ phone calls (12+ conversations) per day to assigned accounts.
- Attend mandatory 1:1s, training, and company meetings.
- Abide by employee handbook and up-to-date team/org policies
- Exhibit an attitude of positivity, collaboration, drive, and professionalism
- All other duties assigned
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of sales experience preferred
- SaaS sales experience preferred
- High need for achievement and competition, loves to compete and win
- Enthusiastic, optimistic, and unfazed by rejection
- Coachable, listens to and implements advice from manager
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- Experience working with SalesForce.com or other CRM desired
- Experience working and succeeding in a quota and goal-driven environment
- Working knowledge of Google Suite (GmailWord, sheets, meets, slides)
- Easily builds rapport and establishes relationships with prospects
- Listens patiently, will probe and clarify to get a real sense of customer's needs
- Resourceful, go over, under, around, and through obstacles to achieve success
- Bachelor Degree desired

The US base pay for this full-time position is $14.43/hr.
Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
