Job Description
The isolved Implementation Coordinator will be responsible for creating projects for the Implementation Project Manager's workflow. The Implementation Coordinator assists in collecting initial implementation documents from clients, engage the client in the initial phase of implementation and ensure initial documentation is in order. They are the link between Sales and Implementation Project Managers.
Core Job Duties
- Review sales agreements to sales orders to ensure data on order coordinates with services and pricing on signed sales agreements.
- Create projects according to data on sales orders/agreements.
- Collect initial implementation documents from customers.
- Submit cases to Treasury for D&B financial reviews.
- Assign projects to Implementation Project Managers based on set criteria.
- Assign customer support teams when Implementation Project Managers are ready to transition their projects to Support.
- Review projects for auditor required fields once Implementation Project Manager has fully transitioned their projects to Customer Support.
Minimum Qualifications
- Functional Business Process experience in Payroll (min 3 years), with payroll tax experience
- Software implementation experience
- Technical understanding and capabilities
- Attention to detail, teamwork, initiative driven
- Two-year degree or equivalent education and business experience.
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Passion for customer satisfaction
- Some travel may be required
- Previous customer support experience
- Software implementation experience
- Typically requires a minimum of 1 - 3 years of related experience.
