Our client, a leader in manufacturing intelligence, is seeking a HRIS Manager to join their team. As an HRIS Manager, you will be part of the HRIS team supporting the America's region. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: HRIS Manager Remote Contract
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $46.75 per hour
What's the Job?

Serve as the primary system administrator for the SuccessFactors HRIS platform in the Americas region.

Manage data integrity, reporting, and analytics for HR processes.

Create, run, and distribute regular reports to the HR team and external partners.

Lead small-scale HRIS projects and system updates.

Train HR and end users on new features and best practices.
What's Needed?

Proven experience managing SAP SuccessFactors across modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding.

Minimum 5 years of HRIS experience with increasing responsibility.

Experience in a contractor or project-based role preferred.

Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
