Job Description
The isolved Project Manager oversees the technical application design, construction and implementation for assigned accounts and projects.
Core Job Duties
- Oversee the implementation of new HCM clients
- Organize and lead meetings with the clients to promote forward progress of the implementation process in a way that facilitates the process for the client
- Bring in SMEs to cover topics such as Payroll, Benefits, GL Exports, COBRA, FSA and Time and Attendance at the appropriate time
- Ultimately responsible for client satisfaction before being transitioned to Customer Service
- Create long- and short-term plans to manage and ensure deliverables are within timeline and scope
- Other projects as assigned by the Director HCM Implementation
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- A strong product, service and technical background
- Proven customer service skills
- Highly organized, able to multi-task and work with others etc.
- 1-2 years implementation experience
- Bachelor's degree
