Summary/objective
The Partner Marketing Specialist supports the growth and engagement of isolved's partner ecosystem by executing marketing programs that increase partner-driven referrals and performance. This role is responsible for campaign coordination, digital program support, and partner enablement activities. Working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and operations, the Partner Marketing Specialist ensures partners are equipped with effective tools, content, and resources to promote isolved's solutions and drive mutual success.
Core Job Duties
- Coordinate and execute partner marketing initiatives that support engagement, education, and referral growth
- Develop and manage partner-facing content, campaign kits, email communications, and sales tools
- Support digital marketing efforts across partner platforms to increase activation and participation
- Plan and manage logistics for partner events, webinars, and ad hoc campaigns
- Ensure consistent and timely updates to resources in the Partner Hub/PRM platform
- Track and report performance metrics using marketing automation and CRM systems
- Collaborate across internal teams to align messaging and campaign tactics to business goals
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and scale partner-facing initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 - 4 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or digital marketing
- Familiarity with referral, broker, reseller, or alliance-based partner ecosystems
- Experience using marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, SugarCRM, Salesforce)
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfort working with data to track engagement and performance metrics
- Self-starter with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Physical Demands
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
Travel Required
Yes, up to 15% domestic travel may be required.
