Responsibilities
What You'll Get To Do
The Sr. HRIS Analyst is responsible for delivering high-quality HR system solutions by understanding end-user needs, gathering, and developing business requirements, supporting technical design, product development, testing, deployment, and ongoing configuration. This role will serve as a subject matter expert in Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking modules, with a strong emphasis on system configuration, optimization, and continuous improvement.
Accountabilities:

Monitor, analyze, and maintain the company’s HRIS landscape, including all integrated and non-integrated systems and infrastructure.

Lead and execute Workday configuration activities for Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and compliance standards.

Make recommendations to improve the functionality, efficiency, and user experience of all HR systems through thoughtful configuration and design.

Drive the implementation of system upgrades, enhancements, and release management, including configuration testing and validation.

Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable Workday configurations.

Evaluate change requests, assess system-wide impacts, and implement approved configuration changes using Workday best practices.

Provide Tier 2 support for Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking issues, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis of configuration-related problems.

Document all configuration changes, workflows, and business processes to ensure transparency and maintain system integrity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to implement new solutions and integrations.

Conduct regular system audits and proactively identify opportunities for configuration improvements and automation.

Stay current with Workday Community updates, new features, and best practices to continuously enhance system capabilities.

Partner with the Analytics and Reporting team to ensure data accuracy and support reporting needs through proper configuration.

Follow change management protocols and ensure compliance with Panasonic’s data governance and security standards.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring
Education and Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
-
3 to 5+ years of relevant HRIS experience, with a strong focus on Workday configuration.

Proven experience configuring and implementing Workday modules, especially Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking.

Workday certification in relevant modules is highly preferred.

Experience working on cross-functional, geographically distributed project teams.

The wage range of $120,000 - $140,000 is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives. *The minimum hourly wage for this role will be the greater of the posted range, or minimum wage for the location where the employee will be working, subject to local minimum wage requirements.
