Job Description
The isolved Marketplace Development Manager will focus on cultivating, building new, and expanding existing partnerships across Marketplace function. Through dynamic prospecting, nourishing relationships, and working with internal stakeholders, this individual will lead strategy to source and secure new marketplace partners, driving revenue growth for isolved. This role will be instrumental in executing annual growth plans and will contribute to the overall expansion of the Marketplace partnership division.
Core Job Duties
- Schedule and lead discovery calls with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to review viability for the isolved Marketplace
- Facilitate the due diligence and security process for marketplace partnerships and maintain status tracking
- Work with Marketplace Integration Team to facilitate partner integrations and tracking
- Build winning partnerships within each marketplace tier
- Manage complex, cross-functional projects across multiple teams
- Lead isolved introductory meetings, create partnership pitches and execute partnership contracts and due diligence
- Collaborate with other product teams to promote development initiatives supportive of Marketplace growth
- Identify market trends to determine future required partnerships
- Maintain project tracking for prospective marketplace partners
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the HCM, payroll, or benefits industry
- Experience with isolved HCM software is preferred, but not required
- Experience interpreting and reviewing contracts
- Self-directed and self-motivated individual with an inquisitive and persistent nature
- Ability to achieve high performance and efficiency
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, flexible, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Must be flexible and quick to adapt to sudden changes and issues
- Excels in a high-performing and professional team in a remote work environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to lead conference calls with multiple teams in an organized and efficient mannger
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Asana
