Marketplace Operations Analyst
Summary/objective
The isolved Marketplace is looking for a Marketplace Operations Analyst to help support the growth of our Marketplace and operational aspects of supporting our existing partners. This role will collaborate with many different departments across the company to assist with supporting the operations of our partner base in relation to direct client and Network Partners needs.
Core Job Duties
- Be the main point of contact daily for monitoring the Marketplace teams shared inbox and Microsoft Dynamics queue
- Collaborate with the Integrations Team when requests are received from our Marketplace partners, whether it be troubleshooting, API enablement, or status inquiries
- Assist the Marketplace team with the rollout of new opt out campaigns for the direct client base, or continued rollout of these campaigns for existing partners with newly acquired Network Partner databases
- On a regularly scheduled basis (typically monthly or quarterly), work with existing partners to gather commission statements for reconciliation and reporting to accounting and/or network partners
- On a regularly scheduled basis (typically monthly or quarterly), work with any existing partners to complete required audits
- Other various duties as assigned to support the operations and growth of the Marketplace

Experience
"Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience."
Minimum Qualifications
- Self-directed and self-motivated individual with an inquisitive and persistent nature
- Ability to achieve high performance and efficiency in a remote work environment
- A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or the equivalent work experience
- One or more years coordinating technical projects and activities
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills, including the ability to lead conference calls with multiple teams in an organized and efficient manner
- Intermediate MS Office skills, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
