HRIS Coordinator
JOB PURPOSE
The HRIS Coordinator will serve as the initial point of contact for Workday end users who have questions regarding Workday transactions. This position will run audit reports to ensure data integrity, assist with testing of system changes, and effectively troubleshoot and resolve Workday questions.
Minimum Job Qualifications and Technical Competencies

Workday experience preferred

Very effective communication skills required

Possess excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees.

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and have strong typing/data entry skills.

Attention to detail, accuracy with numbers and efficiency in completing multiple-tasks

Proven record of working to tight deadlines while maintaining high level of accuracy in a high-volume processing and fast paced environment
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Provide HRIS training and customer service support to end users

Coordinate and monitor information entered into the HRIS System

Maintains discretion in matters of confidentiality

Conducts basic audits of human resources data to preserve its integrity and accuracy

Maintains a log of support requests which can be used to develop trend reports to help us understand the challenges our users face in the system.
