Job Description
Standardize isolved People Cloud environments when we acquire new business or sell additional services to our isolved Partner Network.
Core Job Duties
- Executes the acquisition M&A project plan
- Analyze Network Partner database
- Determine gaps between isolved and Network partner configurations through system normalization
- Analyze required system changes and timing of changes
- Identify client impacts and solutions
- Audit data management activities
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be able to be hybrid onsite in Charlotte, NC
- 4-5 years HCM/payroll experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated functional business process knowledge related to payroll services
- Demonstrated passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Ability to work with multiple teams and ensuring team efficiency
- Ability to self-manage and independently deliver solutions
- Ability to work and collaborate successfully in a team environment
- Strong proficiency with Excel (Vlookups, pivot tables, etc.) required
- Ability to roll-up sleeves and assist team members in task completion
