The One Medical (OM) PXT team is looking for a dynamic, innovative, and self-started team member to join our Human Resources (HR) team.
As a member of the HR Operations team, the Workday HRIS Specialist will be responsible for supporting the organization’s Workday tenant with a focus on system configuration, application support, data integrity, and systems optimization. Key job responsibilities
What you will likely work on:
- Lead end-to-end functional support for one or more of the following modules: Absence, Compensation/Advanced Comp, Integrations, Time Tracking, Benefits, or Payroll; including requirement gathering, configuration/development, testing, and documentation
• Partner with function owners and stakeholders on project work to gather requirements for process improvements, and, once prioritized, configure, test, and deploy those solutions
o Support all Tier 1-Tier 2 System Team inquiries including HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Attendance-while troubleshooting issues with appropriate SME

Manage tier 1 reports and reporting requests (advanced reports, limited calc fields)

Develop and maintain documentation, business process mapping, and training materials for new and existing processes, participate in change management efforts including participation in training and educating the business on Workday and People Experience team processes

Ensure data integrity and organizational alignment for One Medical’s data structures by performing regular data audits.

Support internal/external systems integrations independently or in collaboration with our third-party partner on an as-needed basis including integrations to and from the Amazon HCM

Assist in configuration research, changes, testing and migration for system enhancements or fixes

Participate in semi-annual Workday version releases by researching new features, making recommendations for adoption, and implementing and testing those that are added

Demonstrates broad, general knowledge of HRIS while developing new, relevant skills

Builds and loads Tier 1 EIBs, such as Edit Position, Request One Time Payment, Request Compensation Change, etc.

Ensures data accuracy and integrity through the use of audits and supporting documentation

Co-owns multiple, well-defined projects and owns parts of large, complex projects

Builds cross-functional relationships and partners effectively and facilitates communication inclusively across functions and outside of people team
Basic Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Payroll Systems or HRIS

Knowledge of process improvement, ideally including Lean, Kaizen and Six Sigma

- Google Suite/Microsoft Office experience, with a focus on Excel/Sheets

- • Experience with other HR systems, particularly Greenhouse (ATS and Onboarding), Reflektive (Performance Management), Culture Amp (Employee Engagement), Zendesk (Ticketing), or Continuu (LMS)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $84,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
