About the Role
We're seeking a Production Operations Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality production of employee communications and compliance documents directly impacting the customer experience and success of our services.
What You'll Do
- Operate and maintain production equipment (printers, inserters, postage meter, etc.)
- Manage the printing and distribution of notices, invoices, letters, open enrollment packets, and other materials
- Follow balancing and quality control processes with precision
- Generate and reconcile daily/monthly reports
- Coordinate mail pickups and shipping with USPS, FedEx, and other carriers
- Track, receive, and manage supply inventory for production operations
- Support related administrative tasks such as scanning, shipping, and scheduling
- Collaborate with team members and assist with projects as workload allows
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in a production environment
- Comfortable operating production equipment and technology systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; scheduling experience is a plus
