The ideal candidate brings deep Workday expertise, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to partner closely with HR and IT teams to drive system enhancement in a collaborative, high-performing environment. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of HRIS experience with a strong focus on Workday configuration and reporting, required. Proficiency in the Workday modules, including integrations, EIBs, and advanced reporting tools, required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. The salary for this role is $95,000 - $125,000 per year. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
