Description
Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a client in the Smyrna, GA area that is looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to join their team in the Smyrna, GA area. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and optimizing their Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure efficient and accurate operations. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic HR team and contribute to the organization's success through technology and process improvements.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update HRIS systems (UKG) to ensure accurate data entry and record management.
• Analyze system performance and identify opportunities for improvement or optimization.
• Provide technical support and training to HR staff on the effective use of HRIS tools.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system upgrades and new features.
• Develop and generate reports from HRIS to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Ensure system compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor data integrity and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
• Coordinate with external vendors for system enhancements or technical support.
• Document system processes and procedures for reference and training purposes.
• Assist in the integration of HRIS with other organizational systems when required.
Requirements
• Proven experience working with HRIS systems, including implementation and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS databases and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with UKG or similar HRIS platforms.
• Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful reports.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in ensuring compliance with HRIS-related policies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
