Summary/objective
The enterprise-level outside sales role focuses on acquiring new high-revenue clients within the HCM software industry. This position requires engaging with C-suite executives and decision-makers at large organizations, building relationships that drive substantial business growth. The role involves leveraging industry expertise to collaborate with named accounts and other strategic partners to generate sales. This position is crucial in expanding the company's presence within the enterprise market, where securing major contracts will significantly contribute to revenue goals.
Core Job Duties
- Identify and engage with enterprise prospects, specifically targeting organizations with substantial annual revenue potential.
- Develop and nurture relationships with high-level decision-makers within target organizations.
- Consistently meet or exceed ambitious quarterly quota objectives.
- Navigate complex sales cycles with enterprise clients, effectively managing multiple stakeholders and business units.

Experience
Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience.

Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HCM technology and SaaS sales, with a proven track record in enterprise sales.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade C-suite executives.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to independently drive sales initiatives.
- Experience in managing long sales cycles and closing high-value contracts.
Physical Demands
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
Travel Required
Yes, up to 25% domestic travel may be required.
