Job Requirements Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled HRIS Developer to design, develop, implement, and maintain Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). This role requires strong analytical skills, system configuration expertise, and experience integrating HR systems with enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain HRIS platform.
- Build and maintain integrations between HR systems and third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement timely resolutions.
- Perform system testing, upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with HR regulations.
- Automate HR processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to HR users.
- Maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Support payroll interfaces and benefits integrations.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience working with HRIS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes (recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance management).
- Experience with system integrations (APIs, SFTP, EDI, XML, REST/SOAP).
- Proficiency in SQL and data reporting tools.
- Experience with HR data security and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS platforms
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations
- HRIS certification or relevant technical certifications.
Salary
- Expected salary range $90,000 - $110,000
