HRIS Consultant Sr. you will beworking in Human Resources. Purpose
Facilitates and supports key processes and accountabilities within Human
Resources, primarily in Human Resources Systems Management. This
position will also be responsible for consulting business partners on
systems strategy and prioritization to offer innovative, accurate
solutions for solving internal and external Human Resource system issues
and enhancements. Serves as the Human Resource System functional team
expert providingexpertise in HCM and supplemental Human Resource
modules, which can involve things such as: project management, gathering
business requirements, and designing as well as implementing solutions.
Primary Functions Project Manage moderately to highly
complextechnology projects toincludegathering and documentation of
requirements, creation of test cases, and analysis of proposed solutions
to select best fit for the institution. Quickly learn new
technologies, think out-of-the-box to nd creative solutions, and adjust
communication style to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Participate in departmental and interdepartmental initiatives, projects
as a HR System Subject Matter Expert (SME)to implement enhancements,
changes, integrations, or new systems, within HR while maintaining
integrity of all HR Systems and set ups. Translate business
requirements into technical requirements in a system environment while
collaborating with IS Development to trouble-shoot problems and provide
necessary functionality withHCM and other integrated HR Systems. Work
with HR Data team to develop benchmarks, definitions, and metrics for
human resource data, and audit processes to ensure data integrity and
compliance with state and federal laws. Consult with HR Business
owners to evaluate system changes to ensure best practices are being
followed; review configuration requests, develop system changes, testand
gain approval for migration to production from business owner.
Cultivate a culture toseek solutions focused on user experienceand
customer satisfaction. Research, troubleshoot and resolve issues that
arise in the production system including data inconsistencies and
unexpected error messages. Create Change Requests (CRs)with the IS
Development Team or work with 3rd party vendors as needed to resolve the
