Facilitate requirements gathering and design sessions, ensuring comprehensive documentation and alignment with customer needs and business processes. Conduct QA testing to validate platform configurations, ensuring functionality and accuracy. Develop a data migration strategy with Technical Consultants to ensure its successful execution. Manage and prioritize the execution of multiple implementations to a project plan and communicate project progress through regular status updates to the Engagement Manager. Build relationships and partner with internal teams such as Product, Engineering and Solution Architects. Ensure continuous review and improvement of the methodology and delivery best practices - encouraging innovation in technology and process. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering or a related field. 5-7+ years of experience in functional consulting, professional services, and/or project management preferably for SaaS/PaaS solutions. Proven experience in implementing enterprise software solutions, with a focus on talent management, HR technology, or similar platforms. Proven experience in defining business requirements, leading design discussions and scoping level of effort for project work. Expertise in HR practices is a plus. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
